PLEXUS
Kabinga is the Senior Engineering Project Manager for Plexus Corp. He has extensive experience in the aerospace industry – having spent 14 years with Gulfstream Aerospace. Kabinga has a BS in mechanical engineering, an MBA, and an MS in operations management.
Matthew Kee
Tundra Angels
Matthew is the Founding Manager of Tundra Angels, an angel investor network based in Green Bay. Tundra Angels has invested over $1.5m in high-growth Pre-Seed to Series A stage companies across the Wisconsin ecosystem.
Chloe Kinderman

Chloe is a Venture Associate with TitletownTech. In her role, she helps to source and evaluate new investment opportunities. She also manages the TitletownTech Directory of talent, and assists with portfolio company support. Chloe graduated from Butler University with majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Richelle is the Managing Director of Winnow Fund, and is responsible for seeking new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Winnow Fund, Richelle was a leader at UW-Madison’s Office of Industrial Partnerships. .
